Intermittent Fasting

Let me break it down.. It takes about 10 hours for your body to digest the food you eat. What happens after its done that? It eats it Fat stores!

Everyone Fasts. From when they go to bed until the time they wake and an hour or two after. Its called Break fast.

Let’s look at the word Breakfast for a moment…

Break-Fast.

They say that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And I agree. But no one says it has to be when you wake up. I personally  think it should be a healthy, delicious, nutrient dense meal, but sometimes I think it should be In and Out Burger! If you can simply push back your 1st meal of the day a few hours, your body will change.

Its really that simple.

Spend a few weeks pushing back breakfast a an hour at a time every couple of days until you are eating all your food in an 8 hour window. From 11am till 7pm. Noon till 8pm. Whatever works for your lifestyle!
