I find that if I brush my teeth, it lets my brain know the Party is over.
Plus its good to keep those chompers nice and clean 🙂

First off, like most Americans, I have had my problems carrying around too much weight. Now that I’m over 40 its
tough trying to stay thin. Like a lot people, I’ve seen that scale go up and down and its been really hard to find the answer.
I may have found it….
First off, the name….. Is Lame.
No wonder why I’d never heard of it.
But it’s really, really,
really easy. Did I mention its Easy?
Its pretty much just skipping breakfast.
Its not a diet. You don’t
have to workout. You just need a little discipline.
I can be pretty lazy. I ADMIT IT! That’s why I love this. Its sooooo easy.
In 3 Months, I’ve lost 10 Pounds and 3 Inches in my waist.
I’ve been tracking my progress on
MyFitnessPal, and consequently, the graphs look like he Appalachian Mountains!

Anyway, you get the idea.
If you want to get on the bandwagon, climb aboard.
I highly recommend trying it. Its working for me. And I love it.
